Sheri J. Noer founded SAS Studios, Inc. in 1997, the successive The Noer Group, Inc. consulting firm in 2000, and blueRHINO Marketing in 2007 - where she currently holds the position of President and CEO. Launched in 2003 the currently named, blueRHINO Promotions is the promotional goods arm of blueRHINO Marketing, carrying over 500,000 promotional products. PHI Apparel - corporate apparel & soft goods - opened in 2004.
Ms. Noer's energies are directed toward producing innovative results for clients utilizing both traditional and digital media and marketing methods. In addition to professional consulting, she and her firm provide strategic business planning, market research, branding solutions, and creative campaign services as well marketing and event planning & management services to the sports and fitness industries, educational institutions, non-profit organizations, and small to mid-sized corporations. Consulting with public and private sectors alike, her marketing and creative teams are fast becoming industry leaders. Ms. Noer’s educational background is extensive and her expertise ranges from finance and marketing to digital media development. Her studies at the University of Miami began with an undergraduate program in Finance and continued into a Master’s Program in Advertising and Marketing. After serving as Associate Recruiting Coordinator with the University of Miami Football Department, she was promoted to Assistant Director of Development. In pursuit of escalating goals, Ms. Noer became one of the founding partners of Celebrity Sports Management (CSM), a sports and entertainment marketing company based in New York City with offices in Miami and Dallas. Among her duties were advertising, marketing, promotions, and endorsements. She also maintained a partnership and Vice-President position in the oil and gas industry with Triad International Consultants in Dallas, Texas. Her media experience includes radio, TV, and film, having made appearances in several children's programs, Miami Vice, and several movies. Her last film appearance was in Necessary Roughness with Scott Bakula, Robert Loggia, and Jason Bateman. In 1997, following several years of market analysis and in-depth studies of the internet and new technologies, Ms. Noer founded SAS Studios, Inc. (later The Noer Group Inc., now blueRHINO Marketing), an advertising and marketing consulting firm with an innovative and high-tech edge. In addition, she maintains a commitment to community, currently holding seats on The Master Plan Committee, The State of Ohio Rehabilitation Employers Advisory Committee, The State of Ohio Homesite Advisory Committee, MECTC Advisory Committee, MECTC Marketing Committee of the Continuous Improvement Plan (CIP), Muskingum Area Technical College Business Advisory Committee, Downtown Marketing Committee, and The Muskingum County Community Foundation Council. She also holds membership in The National Association for Female Executives. In 2005, Ms. Noer was appointed by Ohio's Governor Bob Taft to a position on the Governor's Advisory Council on Physical Fitness, Wellness and Sports. As head of The Noer Group, Ms. Noer accumulated a number of awards for inventive and creative work, including several Ruby Awards, Telly Awards, Communicator Awards, Vision Awards, and recently added Axiem and Summit Awards. In her personal life she is as ambitious and has earned honors as a member of the 2003 U.S. Triathlon Team and the 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009 U.S. Duathlon Teams and has traveled with the U.S. team to world competitions in the U.S, New Zealand, Italy, Denmark, Australia, Canada, and Belgium. She is also an active member of two multi-sport racing teams: Team Dayton (Cycling Team) & HFP Racing. As a member of Team USA Ms. Noer has competed at ten Triathlon and Duathlon World Championships and holds a Bronze Medal for the US in Long Course Duathlon from the Geel, Belgium World Championships in 2008.
